In this journey called as “life” we go through various high and lows. When we face difficulties we find no one around us or even if we have we feel like they cannot understand, the affection and care that we crave for . The peace that the heart searches for can it be found in anyone’s affection or care? Yes, we can definitely get the affection and care but the peace and love that the heart keeps on searching can only be found in JESUS. Bible says in John 16:33 “In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
Lord has not said there will not be difficulties in life but he has definitely said that he will neither leave us nor forsake us. These are not just mere words but it’s his promise “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you ( Deuteronomy 31:6)“.
It is completely fine to fall but the thing which is important is to stand strong by the word and in the promises of God. The “assurance and hope” which comes from Lord. He ( Lord) says “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6–7).
So lets not forget to be on our knees when we face challenges in our life and also to thank Lord for the trials as it builds our faith.
